This is not an entry-level program. Participants should have prior experience in personal development work and some experience holding space in group or 1:1 settings.

This is a professional facilitation training. While we work with shadow, somatic awareness, and depth psychology principles, this is not psychotherapy or trauma treatment.

As a facilitator, we strongly recommend that you have a therapist or, at the very least, a supervisor with whom you can reflect and unpack what arises while holding transformational spaces. This work continually brings material to the surface, and having support allows for deeper integration and clarity. The journey of facilitation is ongoing as you continue along this evolutionary path.

“Trauma-informed” means we work with nervous-system awareness, consent, pacing, and integration.

We prioritise safety, agency, and capacity. We do not force catharsis or push participants beyond what they can integrate.

No formal certification is required.

What matters is maturity, integrity, lived experience, and readiness to work at depth.

All applicants complete an application process to ensure alignment.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

This training emphasises embodied competency over credentials. Certification reflects participation and integration within the container.

The program includes:

• Fortnightly 2-hour live calls

• Fortnightly 1-hour group drop in

• Fortnightly 1-hour videos/PDF material to review

Participants should expect to commit several hours per week to integration and application, also peer connection and community support.

All live sessions are recorded.

If you are unable to attend a call, you will receive access to the full recording so you can catch up on the teaching and exercises.

That said, live attendance is strongly encouraged, as much of the depth and mentorship happens in real-time interaction.

The cohort is intentionally small.

This type of cohort ensures that Robbie can mentor you directly, track your development over time, and support you with accountability and give you personalised mentorship.
