Transformational Facilitator Training

Training Format: Online
Training Dates: Starting 23 July 2026 (6-months long)
By registering and paying the deposit for the Transformational Facilitator Training, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
To secure your place in the Transformational Facilitator Training, a deposit of £500 is required at the time of registration.
Your place in the training is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Full payment of the training fee must be completed before the training start date of 23 July 2026.
Failure to complete payment by this date may result in the release of your place in the training.
2. Cancellation Policy
Your commitment to The Transformational Facilitator Training is a profound commitment to yourself. It is no coincidence that you feel drawn to this container. However, if you become unable to attend, we offer the following cancellation options:
3. Full Refund
A full refund of the deposit will be issued for cancellations made on or before 28 May 2026 (8 weeks before the training start date).
Once complete bank transfer details are provided, the refund will be issued within 15 working days.
4. Admin Fee and Partial Refund
For cancellations made between 4 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 (up to 6 weeks before the training start date), a £150 administration fee will apply.
The remaining portion of the deposit will be refunded within 15 working days.
5. Deposit Retained
For cancellations made after 11 June 2026, the £500 deposit is non-refundable.
6. Cancellation After Full Payment
If the full training fee has been paid and the participant cancels:
Cancellations made within 90 days of the training start date will receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made after 90 days before the training start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days once bank transfer details have been provided.
By paying the deposit or full training fee, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
7. Transfers
If you have paid the full training fee, the amount paid minus the deposit may be transferred to another Robbie GriffinAlchemy event, training, or retreat.
In extenuating circumstances, Robbie Griffin Alchemy may consider transferring the amount paid, minus a £150 administration fee, to another retreat, event, or training.
All transfer decisions remain at the discretion of Robbie Griffin Alchemy.
8. Attendance and Participation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
Reliable internet access
A suitable device to attend the online sessions
The ability to participate respectfully and responsibly in the training environment
Alchemy Innovations reserves the right to remove any participant from the training if behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All course materials, recordings, frameworks, facilitation processes, written materials, and teaching content provided during the Transformational Facilitator Training remain the intellectual property of Robbie Griffin / Alchemy Innovations.
Participants may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Distribute
Teach
Sell
Share
Adapt
any part of the course materials without prior written permission from Robbie Griffin / Alchemy Innovations.
Materials are provided solely for personal learning and use within the training.
10. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and experiences shared by other participants during the training.
Stories, personal disclosures, and sensitive information shared within the training space must not be shared outside the program without explicit permission from the individual involved.
This commitment helps create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
11. Personal Responsibility
By participating in this training, you acknowledge that personal development work can involve emotional exploration, self-reflection, and personal sharing.
You agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after the training.
The training is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health support.
If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robbie Griffin and Alchemy Innovations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Transformational Facilitator Training.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in the training.
Participation is voluntary, and all exercises and practices are undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
13. Disclaimer
The Transformational Facilitator Training is provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
The training does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
14. Consumer Rights (UK)
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
15. Changes to the Training
Robbie Griffin / Alchemy Innovations reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the training schedule, format, facilitators, or content if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
