Robbie is a founding member of Emergence Brotherhood, Faculty ISTA – International School of Temple Arts, the founder of The Temple of Alchemy London and presents at numerous different schools and festivals globally.
His work has been trusted by communities worldwide seeking depth, integrity, and embodied leadership.He dedicates his life to opening deeper to love, shedding old conditioning, and allowing his soul to shine. He loves to share his insights and inspire others into a new way of being. He blends an eclectic mix of modalities and a wealth of life experience to offer a unique magic that ignites courageous transformations.
Robbie has spent thirteen years delving into the deep mysteries and wisdom of ancient traditions in both Western and Eastern philosophies and practices. He spent 18 months at Highden Mystery School in 2019, diving deeply into Esotericism and community living, has been with ISTA for 8 years and started Emergence Brotherhood in 2021.
For over seven years, Robbie Griffin has led transformational workshops and containers internationally, teaching across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, Mexico, Colombia, Iceland, Indonesia, Montenegro, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus, Austria, Greece, Germany, Spain, and UK
With a background in business and marketing, he bridges depth psychology and commercial intelligence, having organised for ISTA and created large-scale events including Alchemy of Love Festival, Temple of Alchemy, and Emergence Brotherhood.
He brings both the capacity to hold powerful group fields and the strategic expertise to build sustainable transformational work.For the past three years, he has trained facilitators in embodied leadership and shadow integration, supporting many to go on to create their own trainings, retreats, and community spaces.
His work centres on helping leaders integrate emotional depth, conscious power, and structural integrity into the way they facilitate.
For Robbie, facilitation is not a role, it is a devotional path.
