As a mentor and facilitator, Robbie empowers people to connect from the depths of their hearts and communicate transparently, authentically, and vulnerably.

He is renowned for his heart and his humour, storytelling and a beautiful marriage of levity while holding depth and gravitas.

Robbie is a founding member of Emergence Brotherhood, Faculty ISTA – International School of Temple Arts, the founder of The Temple of Alchemy London. He facilitates internationally, working with communities that value depth, integrity, and embodied leadership.
Over the past decade, he has immersed himself in both Western and Eastern traditions, exploring shadow work, relational dynamics, and the deeper layers of human experience. His path includes 18 months at Highden Mystery School, 8 years with ISTA, and the creation of multiple transformational spaces and communities.
For over seven years, Robbie has led workshops, retreats, and trainings across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, Mexico, Colombia, Iceland, Indonesia, and throughout Europe.
With a background in business and marketing, he bridges depth psychology and commercial intelligence, having created large-scale events including Alchemy of Love Festival, Temple of Alchemy, ISTA UK, and Emergence Brotherhood.
He brings both the capacity to hold powerful group fields and the strategic expertise to build sustainable transformational work.
Over the past three years, he has trained facilitators in embodied leadership and shadow integration, many of whom now lead their own groups, retreats, and trainings internationally.

The first focuses on embodiment, exploring soul emergence and creating a foundation for the facilitator training that follows.
The second gives us the opportunity to bring what we've explored online into live practice.

This is not an entry-level program. Participants should have prior experience in personal development work and some experience holding space in group or 1:1 settings.

This is a professional facilitation training. While we work with shadow, somatic awareness, and depth psychology principles, this is not psychotherapy or trauma treatment.
As a facilitator, we strongly recommend that you have a therapist or, at the very least, a supervisor with whom you can reflect and unpack what arises while holding transformational spaces. This work continually brings material to the surface, and having support allows for deeper integration and clarity. The journey of facilitation is ongoing as you continue along this evolutionary path.

“Trauma-informed” means we work with nervous-system awareness, consent, pacing, and integration.
We prioritise safety, agency, and capacity. We do not force catharsis or push participants beyond what they can integrate.

No formal certification is required.
What matters is maturity, integrity, lived experience, and readiness to work at depth.
All applicants complete an application process to ensure alignment.

The training runs over nine months and combines live online teaching, video lessons, learning resources, peer practice and two in-person immersions.
You can expect two 2-hour group calls, approximately 2 hours of video lessons, and one smaller group practice session of around 90 minutes, per month
Allow some additional time for personal practice and integration between sessions.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
This training emphasises embodied competency over credentials. Certification reflects participation and integration within the container.

All live online sessions are recorded, allowing you to catch up on the teaching if you cannot attend, live participation is strongly encouraged.

The two immersions are designed as integral parts of the nine-month training, allowing you to practise and integrate the skills developed throughout the programme.
Attendance to both immersions is not compulsory, exceptions are possible and would depend on what work you have done with Robbie previously.

The two in-person immersions are booked and paid for separately from the online training. Accommodation and meals are included in the immersion price, while travel costs are separate.
Both immersions are planned to take place at Hidden Paradise in Spain.

The nine-month training includes live online teaching, video lessons, learning resources, structured facilitation practice, peer learning, and direct teaching and mentorship with Robbie.
Each month, you'll have two 2-hour live group calls, approximately 2 hours of video lessons, and smaller group practice sessions of around 90 minutes.
