Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A commitment to the Temple of Alchemy is a deep commitment to yourself. If you feel drawn to this event, it is assumed to be no accident.
If, for some reason, you are unable to attend:
Cancellation 6 weeks or more in advance: £150 is due as an admin fee, and you will be refunded the rest of your ticket within 10 working days.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks in advance will result in the ticket being retained. By paying the ticket for the experience, you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms.
In extenuating circumstances, we may be able to offer a transfer of the amount paid minus the £150 admin fee to another training

TOA takes your privacy seriously. The personal data you provide ahead of joining an event is collected for the purpose of facilitating your attendance and ensuring you and other participants have a pleasant experience. Some of the data you provide to us is voluntary and we will rely on your consent to process it.
Note that as your data may be shared with internal members of staff who help run the events. Where this is the case we ensure that they are bound by and aware of their obligations regarding privacy and confidentiality. In accordance with our storage limitation obligations under the UK GDPR, we will only retain your personal data for 3 months before permanently deleting it.
