Temple of Alchemy - Cancellations & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, the following terms apply for all events:

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person or receive credit toward a future temple gathering.

By submitting your payment, you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms.

Privacy Policy

The Temple of Alchemy takes your privacy seriously. The personal data you share with us before joining an event is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating your attendance and ensuring a safe and supportive experience for all participants.

Some of the data you provide is voluntary, and we will rely on your consent to process it. Your data may be shared with internal team members who assist in organising and facilitating the event. In such cases, we ensure they are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations.

In accordance with UK GDPR, we retain your personal data for a maximum of 3 months following the event, after which it will be permanently deleted.
